PhD student
I am focused on the evolutionary analysis of genetic data at the molecular level. Indeed, I am also interested in the influence of evolution on the structure and function of biological macromolecules. I have knowledge of bioinformatics and data analysis using different programming languages (Python, R and C).

Positions and Experience
I hold a degree in Biology from the Universidade de Vigo, along with a Master's degree in Genetics and Genomics, also obtained from the same institution. Then, I enrolled the CME Lab to study the genetic gradients of modern humans of the Iberian Peninsula. I am now engaged in the pursuit of my doctoral studies under the title "Monitoring the evolution of drug targets of pathogens to improve the design of therapies".
